Desde ya unos meses, los Golden Globes han estado en crisis. Se reveló que muchos estudios, actores y medios iban a realizar un boicot, esto debido a que la Hollywood Foreign Press Association (HFPA) ha fallado en temas de diversidad e inclusión. Por eso, no estamos muy seguros si lo van a trasmitir por televisión.

De hecho, se habló en sus momento sobre la compra de votos, como en el caso de Emily en París, esto se debió a que varios miembros de la HFPA fueron llevados a un viaje para conocer más sobre la serie.

La HFPA prometió hacer todos los cambios necesarios para atender a las preocupaciones y, a pesar de que NBC dijo que no formaría parte de la esta edición de la ceremonia, decidieron seguir adelante con la premiación, que para muchos es una especie de preview para los Premios Oscar.
